GiftsLab is committed to protecting the personal data of our corporate clients and their event
guests in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010.

2. DATA COLLECTION

We collect minimal personal data (e.g., names or initials) strictly for the purpose of executing live
personalization/engraving services during the event.

3. DATA RETENTION & SECURITY

3.1 The 48-Hour Purge:
All guest data used for laser engraving is stored on local, encrypted hardware and will be permanently purged
within 48 hours after the conclusion of the event.

We do not store, sell, or trade guest lists to any third parties.

4. CORPORATE CONTACT DATA

Contact information provided by the Client via our "Forms" portal is used
strictly for inquiry response, invoicing, and service coordination.

5. CONSENT

By participating in the live engraving activation, guests consent to the processing of their
provided names/initials for the sole purpose of the gift personalization.
