Terms & Conditions

1. GENERAL

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of live laser engraving and
activation services provided by GiftsLab, a division of My Custom Gifts (LA0079149-X).

1.2 By securing a booking via deposit, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms in full.

2. BOOKING & PAYMENT PROTOCOL

2.1 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project value
is required to lock in the event date.

2.2 Balance Payment: The remaining 50% must be settled strictly no later
than three (3) days prior to the deployment date. 

2.3 Late Payment: Failure to settle the balance within the stipulated timeframe may
result in the immediate suspension of deployment without a refund of the deposit.

3. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS & SITE REQUIREMENTS

3.1 The Client shall provide a stable power source (Min 240V), a flat surface/table,
and a sheltered area for the equipment.

3.2 Deployment in outdoor environments is subject to weather conditions.
GiftsLab reserves the right to halt operations if the environment poses a risk to electronic hardware.

4. MATERIAL LIABILITY & TESTING

4.1 For Client-supplied materials, GiftsLab requires a sample for "Stress Testing" prior to the event.

4.2 GiftsLab shall not be held liable for any damage, discoloration, or structural failure of Client-supplied materials during the live engraving process. All live engravings are performed at the Client's own risk.

5. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

5.1 Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event date will result in a 100% forfeiture of the total project value.

5.2 Rescheduling is subject to date availability and a "Mobilization Fee" of RM 500.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & MARKETING

6.1 GiftsLab reserves the right to capture photo/video footage of the activation for portfolio and marketing purposes unless a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed prior to the event.
